Team
The
depth and breadth of the six-member management team is impressive,
with all members having a broad range of both start-up and public
company experience in information technology among other industries.

Shimon Schurr
President, CEO and Co-Founder
Shimon co-founded CMTC in 2000 and brings a unique combination
of Telemedicine and Internet B2B experience to the Company. He
conceived the ideas underlying the C4P platform for CMTC, and
developed the business models for monetizing medical expertise.
Shimon has over 18 years of business management and entrepreneurial
experience with a core focus in emerging global healthcare solutions.
In 1997, he founded TerraNET Health Systems, Inc., which entered
into a teaming agreement to migrate the technology and human assets
of NYMA of Greenbelt, MD into the healthcare space. NYMA was a
$150 million Engineering and Systems Integration company serving
government agencies such as NASA and the FAA.
Shimon has been the CIO of Coordinated Health Systems (PA), a
multi-specialty, fully-integrated health provider system, and
created a distributed wide area network infrastructure to manage
and deliver care among five regional and twelve employer medical
centers. CHS is the largest Orthopedics and Sports Medicine multi-specialty
group in Eastern Pennsylvania, with over 300 associates. He has
also served as Senior Consultant to the Executive Management of
Network Imaging Corporation (VA), an Image Document software vendor,
to leverage NIC's core technology with international partners
focused on video on-demand services. He has been involved in international
and domestic technology endeavors since 1984.
He holds a B.A., International Relationships and
Business, the Hebrew University (Israel), and a Masters of Science
degree in Educational Technology, Lehigh University (PA).

Udi
Schurr
Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder
Udi brings over 18 years of business experience to CMTC. He joined
the Company in 2000 as Project Manager and Chief Architect of the
Collaborative Clinical Care Commerce Platform (C4P). Since 1998,
he has been the Co- Managing Director of O.S.D.N, a consulting firm
providing financial and business strategic planning to startups
in the healthcare marketplace in Israel. From 1993-1997 he was the
CEO of Industrial Metals, a manufacturer of truck bodies and trailers,
with over 100 employees in Ashdod, Israel, during which time he
increased revenue from $3 million to $10 million, taking the Company
to profitability. Since 1984, he has been involved in strategic
and operational planning for companies serving the construction,
industrial, and service sectors.
He holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science from Ben
Gurion University, Be'er Sheva, Israel and a Master of Administrative Science, from Fairleigh Dickinson University (NJ).
Sol Rosenberg, D.Eng.Sc.
Executive Vice President
Sol brings over 20 years of entrepreneurial and software development
experience in the software industry to CMTC, having founded three
companies and taken one public. He has been an advisor to Milestone
Ventures, LLP, a seed stage B2B venture fund in New York City.
Since 1997 Sol has been a principal of Image Technology, Inc.,
a consulting firm providing strategic business planning, revenue
model development and technology consulting services. During this
time he held positions as Managing Director of MetroSplash at
Matchmaker.com, Inc., and Executive VP and CTO of Image Vision
Corporation. From 1991-1997 he was the founder and President of
PaperClip Software, Inc. a developer of the award winning PaperClip®
Document Management and Workflow software system, sold through
a worldwide network of 200 dealers. From 1981-1990 he was the
President of QSR Service Corp, and Synercon Corporation, which
created software solutions and delivered turnkey systems to Physicians,
Group Practices and Hospital departments. Prior to that, Sol was
a Member of Technical Staff at Bell Labs, working on a variety
of classified systems for the Navy.
He holds an M.S.E.E. and Doctor of Engineering Science from Columbia
University, NY.
Gary Lazarus
Chief Technology Officer
Gary has over 20 years of experience in the software industry,
providing technology strategy and leading development and operational
activities. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Technology
at Winstar and CTO of its Office.com division, where he guided
the development and successful launch of the top-ranked online
business center on the Web. He was also responsible for the corporate
technology acquisition and partnering strategy. In his additional
capacity as CTO of Winstar e-Business Solutions, he led the company's
application service provider (ASP) initiative, leveraging the
broadband connectivity to its customers. Prior to joining Winstar,
Gary was the Director of Technology at Razorfish, the technology
consulting firm, where he oversaw all internal and client engagement
technology strategy and development activities. Previously, he
managed research and development in the Artificial Intelligence
Lab at Nynex Science and Technology, now part of Verizon Corporation,
including the introduction of an award-winning expert system for
telecommunications engineering.
Additionally, he has developed dozens of intelligent software
solutions for the financial community and held a variety of software
development positions. He is a frequent lecturer and has written
extensively on technology and its management.
Gary is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he
received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.S.
in Computer Science. He also holds an M.S. in Computer Science
from New York University.
Vasyl Zayachkivsky, Ph.D.
Director, Software Development
Vasyl Zayachkivsky brings more than 15 years of business and scientific
software engineering experience to CMTC with a proven track record of
architecting and implementing complex software systems. From 1999-2001,
he was a lead architect in Opus360 (later Artemis International Solutions
Corporation), the world’s leading provider of portfolio and project management
software and services. Prior to Opus360 Corporation, Dr. Zayachkivsky served as
a technical expert/senior programmer analyst at American Management Systems, Inc.
Since 1982, he has served in a variety of academic and research positions in
Ukraine and Canada including The Institute for Applied Mechanics and Mathematics,
The University of Montreal and McGill University. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics
and Physics from Voronezh University (Russia).
Gai Elhanan, M.D.
Director Medical Informatics
Gai brings 16 years of experience as a practicing physician
and medical informatics researcher to the Company and serves as
the Medical Informatics Director for CMTC. Most recently, he was
a family physician in Israel and a Post Doctoral Research Fellow
in Medical Informatics at Columbia University, New York. From
1988 -1994 he specialized in Internal Medicine and Infectious
diseases in a variety of positions in Israel.
He holds an MD from the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel-Aviv
University and an MA in Informatics from Columbia University,
NY.
